REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mwaura Mbugua, of P.O. Box 99954, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 980 (Original No. 966/16) of section III Mainland North within North of Mtwapa Creek in the district of Kilifi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 25196/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
