Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance appoints—
Winfred Nyambura Karugu—(Chairman);

Davis Nyamu Njoka, Octavious N. Njue (Dr.), Patrick K. Kiigu (Dr.), Violet Sally Onyango, Thomas A. Mwangi, John M. Ochora (Prof.), to be members of the Thika Local Committee, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 1st November, 2011.
