NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 174, in Volume DI, Folio 22/366, File No. MMXII, by our client, Francis Abala Lichuma, of P.O. Box 5638–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Javan Abala Kupondo Lichuma, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Francis Javan Abala Kupondo Lichuma, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Abala Lichuma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Abala Lichuma only.
