NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of Simca Aronde saloon motor vehicle reg. No. KGC 594 to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Chaneys Auto Service upon payment of all outstanding charges for repair, storage and any incidental costs within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to collect the same, the said motor vehicle willl be sold by public auction without further reference to the owner, the proceeds from which shall be defrayed against all costs, surplus, if any, will be paid to the owner on demand and shortfall, if any, will be claimed from the owner by proceedings from recovery thereof.
