NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Ngunjiri John, of P.O. Box 41761, Mombasa, as the owner of depositor of Nissan X-Trail motor vehicle reg. No. KBA 156H, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Auto Marine Services Limited, P.O. Box 99316–80107, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of repair and handling charges of KSh. 541,932, storage charges of KSh. 215,180 accrued from March, 2009 and further storage charges accruing at the rate of KSh. 500 per day together with cost of issuing this notice. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty, without any further notice. Dated the 9th February, 2012.
