REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eunice Wanduma Ndambiri (deceased), of Kirinyaga is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Baragwe/Raimu/1942, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the judge of the senior principal magistrate’s court at Gichugu, in succession cause No. 17 of 2011, has issued grant and confirmation of letters of administration to Mugweru Ngari, and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Mugweru Ngari, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eunice Wanduma Ndambiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
