IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (i) of the Coast Development Authority Act, the Minister for Regional Development Authorities appoints— ELIUD MWAKIO MCHARO to be a member of the Coast Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 12th March, 2012.
