IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragragh 2 of the
Horticultural Crops Development Authority Order, 1995, the Minister for Agriculture appoints—
STEPHEN MBITHI MWIKYA (DR,) to be a Board member of the Horticultural Crops Development
Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 3rd
February, 2012.
