APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) and (2) of the Industrial Training Act, the Minister for Labour appoints: Under section 4 (1) (a)— Thomas Ekamais Akuja (Prof.)—(Chairman); Under section 4 (2)— George M. Muchai—(Vice-Chairman); Under section 4 (1) (b), (c) and (d)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology, Under section 4 (1) (e) (i)— Aram Mbui, Hirji Shah, Jacqueline Mugo, Under section 4 (1) (e) (ii)— Rajabu W. Mwondi, George M. Muchai, Ernest N. Nadome, Under section 4 (1) (f)— Chris Solomon Nambanga—(other interests), to be members of the National Industrial Training Board (NITB), for a period of four (4) years, with effect from 14th May, 2012, and revokes the appointment of all the National Industrial Training Council (NITC) members.
