APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) (a) of the
National Cereals and Produce Board Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of
Kenya, appoint—
WILFRED MWANGI (PROF.) to be the Chairman of the National Cereals and Produce Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th February, 2012.
