TRANSFER

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, direct that the powers and duties of the Minister for Finance shall be exercised and performed by Robinson Njeru Githae, the Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan Development, with effect from 26th January, 2012.
