NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya, to Oliver Nduma Munyui, of P.O. Box 403–00600, Ngara, Nairobi, the owner of Nissan Matatu, reg. No. KAP 421B, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the yard of Club Happy Gardens, of P.O. Box 6509–00618, Ruaraka, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding debts plus storage charges and other incidental costs including that of publishing of this notice, failing to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of by way of sale without further reference and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts, storage charges accrued thereon and the other incidentals and the balance if any, shall remain credit of the owner, but should there be any shortfall, the owners shall be liable threreof.
