Pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) Laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of Nissan Sunny saloon, motor vehicle reg. No. KAM 303N, to take delivery thereof within thirty days (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage charges, failure to which the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray such charges and other incidental costs and the shortfall if any, will be recovered from the owner by legal proceedings.
