take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died Korando ―A‖ Sub-location, on 7th March, 1999, has been filed in this registry by Peter Okoth Onyango, of P.O. Box 1923, Kisumu, in his capacities as an administrator of the deceased‘s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
