WHEREAS Peter Gitau Karanja, of Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani S. S./129, and whereas Lydia Wambui Gitau Karanja is the administrator of the above named person, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card prepared thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
