WHEREAS Johana Ndaana Gicheru (ID/0977696), of P.O. Box 544, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.60, 0.60, 0.60 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title Nos. Mutira/Kirimunge/606, 889 and 890, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
