THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mansuk hlal Vithaldas Hindocha t/a Nordic Chemicals, of P.O. Box 22836–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10564/3, situate in Nairobi Municipality (Hill) in the Nairobi extra Provincial District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 83709/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
