REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sunil Rudolf Chohan and (2) Shabnam Mohamed Dawood, both of P.O. Box 32344, are the registered proprietors lessees of all that apartment No. A4, situate on ground floor and erected on all piece of land known as No. L.R. No. 209/25/8, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 98026/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
