Box 4010–00606, Sarit Centre, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Reena Dave, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Reena Dave, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Reena Karia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Reena Karia only. GEORGINA GAKA OGALO , Advocate for Reena Karia, MR/9107486 formerly known as Reena Dave.
