NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th October, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1187, in Volume DI, Folio 202/4493, File No. MMXI, by our client, William Kamau Kariuki, of P.O. Box 62–00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as William Kamau Kariuki Muthee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name William Kamau Kariuki Muthee, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name William Kamau Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name William Kamau Kariuki only.
