TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 91 OF 2003 By (1) Emily Chepkorir and (2) Lazarus K. Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 2032, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Kipkemboi Mutai, who died at Kipkaren, on 13th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2012 By (1) Celestine Chege Ngugi and (2) Rosemary Wairimu Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 846–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Nyairo & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Ngugi Chege, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
