GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4404

WHEREAS Bernard Kivaara M’Tetu, of Nembure, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Gaturi/Nembure/10317, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the magistrates’ court at Embu, in civil suit No. 8 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of the plaintiff Patrick Ireri Mugwimi (ID1425987) of P.O. Box 1079, Embu, and whereas the executive officer has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Patrick Ireri Mugwimi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Patrick Ireri Mugwemi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Kivaara M’Tetu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
