THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) David J. Leonard and (2) Christine Leonard, as trustees of (1) Kimberly and (2) Davina Mary, all of P.O. Box 530— 00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land containing 2.029 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 13114/2, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 26945/1, and whereas Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of (1) David J. Leonard and (2) Christine Leonard, as trustees of (1) Kimberly and (2) Davina Mary, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Discharge of Charge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
