REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alwya Shariff Mohamed El-Beith, of P.O. Box 5601, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0316 acre or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1123, situate within Malindi in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 12390/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
