THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Herman Stoop and (2) Lotti Stoop, both of P.O. Box 896, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3634 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 877, situate within Watamu Township in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 31815/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
