NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th March, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 235, in Volume DI, Folio 22/364, File No. MMXII, by our client, Abdiaziz Jama Mohamed, of P.O. Box 296–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdiaziz Hassan Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Abdiaziz Hassan Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdiaziz Jama Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdiaziz Jama Mohamed only.
