NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of the following motor vehicles— Reg. No. Make KPL 697 Ford Escort KAH 966C Range Rover KAD 120P Mercedes Benz KUR 902 Mercedes Benz KZC 300 Nissan to collect the said vehicles from Autobavaria Enterprises, Raphta Road, within Westlands, P.O. Box 5645–00100, Nairobi, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication on payment of repairs and storage charges together with interest and cost of under provision of the Act and accounted at the owners peril as the possible adverse consequences.
