GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2521

WHEREAS William Ochieng Oliech, of P.O. Box 51, Musanda in the Reublic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as South Ugenya/Ruwe/730, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the principal magistrates‘ court at Siaya has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Benson B. Ogode Mugenya, and whereas the executive of the said court executed an instrument in favour of Benson B. Ogode Mugenya, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registrered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Benson B. Ogode Mugenya, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Ochieng Oliech, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 2nd March, 2012. P. A.
