REGISTRATION

WHEREAS M‘Ithibitu Kimunga (deceased), is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Ihima/Ntunene/1796,1797,1672,1674 and 1675, containing 0.053, 0.053, 0.405, 0.233 and 3.095 hectares or thereabout, respectively, situate in the district of Meru North, and whereas the High Court at Meru, in succession cause No. 245 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to Boniface Mwimbi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to M‘Ithibitu Kimunga (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of and R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration, the land title deeds issued earlier to the said M‘Ithibitu Kimunga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
