REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rachael Wanja Gitura Yatis, of P.O. Box 58899, Nairobi in the Repblic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8129 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 3756/III/MN, situate in Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 33146/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
