REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sosiani Builders Limited, of P.O. Box 5207—30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7739/16 (Orig. 7739/2/2), situate in Eldoret Municipality, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 61123/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
