WHEREAS Peter Kabata Mwangi, of P.O. Box 254—00218, Ngecha in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 164/19, situate in Limuru, held under a conveyance registered as GLA No. 23750, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said deed file issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the deed file provided that no objection has been received within that period.
