NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 639, in Volume DI, Folio 25/422, File No. MMXII, by our client, Jesinta Mkawuganga Mwangemi, of P.O. Box 42198–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the mother and legal guardian of Andrew Mwangemi, formerly known as Andrew Cole, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Andrew Cole, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Andrew Mwangemi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Andrew Mwangemi only.
