NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1414, in Volume DI, Folio 17/312, File No. MMXI, by our client, Jamal Rashid Harry, of P.O. Box 4658–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jamal Harry, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jamal Harry, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jamal Rashid Harry, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jamal Rashid Harry only.
