NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 19, in Volume DI, Folio 20/345, File No. MMXII, by our client, Jimmi Barasa Wamalwa, formerly known as Jimmie Sitati Wamalwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jimmie Sitati Wamalwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jimmi Barasa Wamalwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jimmi Barasa Wamalwa only.
