NOTICE is given that Mpesa business agency carried on by Cheraik Management Services Limited (―the transferor‖) hereinafter called the ―business‖ was on 1st March, 2012, transferred to Mosrach Limited of P.O. Box 15659–00100, Nairobi (―the transferee‖) which company shall with effect from the 1st March, 2012, henceforth carry on the said business. The address of the transferor is P.O. Box 15659–00100, Nairobi. The address of the transferee is Nakumat Lifestyle, P.O. Box 15659–00100, Nairobi. The transferee will not assuming any debts or liabilities of the tranferor incurred in connection with the business or at all up to and including the date of the transfer and the same shall be paid and discharged by the transferor and likewise all debts and liabilities due to the transferor up to and including the date of the transfer shall be received by the transferor.
