GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4066

WHEREAS Geofrey Mark Onyango Mudenge, of P.O. Box 29, Mutumbu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as North Gem/Maliera/402, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the senior resident magistrates‘ court at Siaya in succession cause No. 99 of 2009 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Richard Muyomo Ogero, and whereas the executive officer of the said court executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Richard Muyomo Ogero, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and issue a land title deed to the said Richard Muyomo Ogero, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geofrey Mark Onyango Mudenge, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
