REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Luciano Mucira Kori (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Baragwe/Kariru/1214, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrates‘ court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 66 of 2010 has issued grant and confirmation THE KENYA GAZETTE 30th March, 2012 1030 1030 letters to Peter Mwangi Muchira, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Peter Mwangi Muchiri and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Luciano Mucira Kori (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
