WHEREAS Eliud Njogu Njoroge (ID/2308512), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Muguga/Muguga/T.436, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
