WHEREAS First Burton Development Limited, of P.O. Box 87496—80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1045 hectare or thereabouts, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXI/398, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
