THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Chandrakant Lakhamshi Rayshi Shah, (2) Lataben Chandrakhant Lakhamshi Shah, (3) Rajendra Lakhamshi Rayshi Shah and (4) Nirmala Rajendra Lakhamshi Shah, all of P.O. Box 84562, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 5727, section I situate Mainland North within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 26608, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
