REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshek Mutugi Mugo, of P.O. Box 95350, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1711, section IV situate Mainland North within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a title deed registered as C.R. 1115, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
