REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wambui Lindelauf Ngugi, of P.O. Box 10024, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2660, section III Mainland North situate within North Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 33204, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
