NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) Laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. KSE 649 Suzuki, which is lying at the premises of Melody Traders Kikuyu, of P.O. Box 1097, Kikuyu to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding charges for storage and any other incidental costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
