GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1580

Pursuant to section 5 of disposal of uncollected goods act (Cap 38) of the Laws of Kenya. Notice is hereby given to the owners of the following motor vehicles: KAD 580S M/BENZ, KPK 144 M/BENZ, KAR 155 P TOYOTA, T431 ALC SMART, KAE 881C VOLVO, KAK 250Z P/UP, KAK 202Z P/UP, KAB 624Q M/BENZ, KDX 103 R/ROVER, KAK 719 V JEEP, KAK 228R PEUGEOT, KAH 444Z BMW and KKY 306 M/BENZ, which are lying at the premises of PENDOKI MOTORS LTD along Argwings Kodhek Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and any other incidential costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken, failure to which the said vehicles will be sold either by Public Auction or by Private treaty without any further notice by Auckland Agencies.
