COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 2nd February, 2012. The part development plan relates to land situated within Municipal Council of Kitui in Kitui District. A copy of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Commissioner Kitui Central, Town Clerk, Municipal Council of Kitui and Physical Planning Officer, Kitui. The copy so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of the District Commissioner, Kitui Central, Town Clerk Municipal Council of Kitui and Physical Planning Officer, Kitui, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, of P.O. Box 584, Kitui, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th February, 2012 364 364 and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
