TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 535 OF 2011 By Robert Kanyomoo Thuranira, of P.O. Box 678, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Thuranira M‘Mukiri alias Thuranira Mukiri, late of Gachanka Sub-location, who died there on 16th May, 1989. CAUSE NO. 536 OF 2011 By (1) Eunice Kathure Muriithi and (2) Hellen Kathomi Mbae, both of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muriithi Njagi, late of Embu East, who died at Mbiruri Sub-location, on 17th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
