REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiama Kariuki (deceased), of P.O. Box 2148, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Cheptiret/Cheplasgei (Saruiyot)/24, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 183 of 2008 has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Rahab Wambui Kiama and (2) Paul Ndungu Kiama, both of P.O. Box 2149, Eldoret, and whereas all efforts made to recover land title deed and be surrendered to the land rehistrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letter to (1) Rahab Wambui Kiama and (2) Paul Ndungu Kiama, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiama Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
