WHEREAS Gur Bachan Kaur, of P. O. Box 610-00200, Nairobi, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.2303 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 12/80, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
