THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Invesco Insurance Company Limited, of P.O. Box 52964-00200, Nairobi are the registered proprietors of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4517, apartment D1 Fine Diamond Apartments, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 83370, and whereas the said proprietor has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of Wideview Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 66093-00800, Nairobi and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1)(h) of the said act declaring that the said lease registered as IR 83370 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
